One doesn't always go to the beach to swim. Sometimes it's to take a walk at the edge of the surf, sometimes it's to sit and contemplate the water, sometimes to read meanwhile listening to the rhythmic pound of the waves. And sometimes it's to give our dog a treat, a chance to run free, dash in the water and chase a stick or ball. This watercolor tell the story of a young girl and her dog enjoying time at the beach.
